What Does this liver Test Result Mean?

sir, i m suffering from fatty lever since 1 month....sgot=166.6, billirubin total=1.58, sgpt=81.5, and my anti hcv & hbsag report is negative....doctors prescribed me (ursocol 300mg, evion 400mg, pantocid 40mg,)..i m taking medicine regularly since 1 month....and i m suffering from low fever and weakness since 2 days....what can i do....please suggest me...my age is=23

Hi,
Your doctor is treating you as Fatty liver with increased transaminesia that is if you are not alcoholic its called as non alcholic fatty liver disease.
The treatment what he has prescribed is perfect but with this treatment you need to avoid spicy and oily food with physical activity.
And now you are having low grade fever that may be a simple viral fever ,drink hygenic water and eat home food,If necessary you can take tab dolo 650 mg twice a day .
Dont worry you will be alright soon.
Repeat your LFT after 3 months to check the status.
